Accessibility Information

Vibrance: Centre for Voice and Movement is located in the ArtsXChange building at 2148 Newnan St, East Point, GA 30344, one block west of Main Street, within walking distance from the Lakewood-Fort McPherson Transit Station.

ArtsXChange is a community and arts center located in a former school. Once inside the building, everything is on one level. The building is cozy yet relatively bare. It is quiet, secluded, away from noisy traffic, and the other studio spaces are generally quiet. 

Secured parking and the locked entrance door (up 4 steps) are located at the rear of the building. There is an accessible entrance, 4 accessible parking spaces, and ramps at the other end of the building. Gendered bathrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls. There is the smell of incense in the artist's hallway but not in the studio.

The building flooring is vinyl tile on a hard surface. Rubber mats are located in part of the studio to prevent slips and provide padding. The ceilings are high, with good natural light during the day and fluorescent lighting when it gets dark. The studio has different lighting options for softer light. There are chairs provided in the artists’ hall and the studio.
